What is Pre-Order?
A pre-order allows you to secure your GG Divot Mat PRO before it officially arrives in our fulfillment center. By pre-ordering, you reserve your product, and we’ll ship it as soon as stock becomes available. The estimated dispatch date for current pre-orders is 5th November 2024, following the arrival of new inventory.
*Pre-ordering ensures you won’t miss out, especially during high-demand periods. The dispatch date is usually on or shortly after the specified date listed on the product page/name.
How does shipping and delivery work?
Orders completed before 14:00 (UTC+00:00) are usually shipped within 24 hours though allow up to 72 hours for us to carefully process your order. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep a close eye on your order until it reaches to you.
We offer FREE shipping for all golfers in the UK only. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, as follows:
- UK Orders
Expect your order typically within 1 Business Day. - EU Orders
International delivery to you may take within 2 - 10 Business Days. - Rest of Europe Orders
International delivery to you may take within 3 - 9 Business Days.
We mainly use DPD for all deliveries within the UK, and DHL and ETrak within the EU and the Rest of Europe. Read more about Shipping & Delivery on our Shipping Policy page.
*Please note: All our shipping estimates start from the date we dispatch your package. If you've bought an item on a pre-order basis (you'll see the date right on the product page), that's your heads-up for when we'll start the shipping countdown. So, whether it's a pre-order or a ready-to-go item, expect your delivery to roll out within the approximate date of dispatch and timeframes we've listed above.
How much do I pay for shipping?
- If you’re located in the UK, Next-day insured shipping is provided FREE OF CHARGE.
- For EU Orders, depending on your location and selected shipping method, we offer 2-10 Business Days shipping for as low as €14.60 EUR.
- For Rest of Europe Orders, depending on your location and selected shipping method, we offer 3-9 Business Days shipping for as low as €26.95 EUR.
What about Custom Duties and Taxes?
Your order total reflects the price we charge, but be aware, depending on where you live in Europe, your parcel might attract custom duties. These additional fees & customs taxes are beyond our control, and we cannot accept responsibility for them.
Does GOLF GAFFER ship globally?
Certainly! Our commitment is to serve golfers globally. As of now, we internationally ship orders to 37 countries in Europe, including the UK. Stay tuned as we work on to serve the USA market in the near future!
What is Insured shipping?
Insured shipping guarantees your order will be replaced in the rare event it is confirmed as lost or stolen by the courier. Since all shipping methods are inclusive of insurance fee, we can guarantee a replacement for your lost or stolen order.
Can I change my shipping address?
- Of course! Providing that your order has not shipped, we can definitely help you to change it! Just drop us a line with your new address and order number at help@golfgaffer.co.uk and we'll make the change for you.
- *Please note: Accuracy is key – if your parcel heads to the wrong address because of a typo, we're unable to retrieve it for you and do not take responsibility for it. So please carefully check those details for a smooth delivery!
How do I track my order?
There are two (2) methods:
- Stay Informed from Start to Finish: As soon as your order is on its way (i.e., Out for Delivery), you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email includes all your tracking details. Remember to check your inbox and, just in case, your spam folder too.
- Login and Access Your Order Status: Didn't receive an email? No worries! You can effortlessly find your order and tracking number on our Order Status page. Just sign-up and login in a few clicks then you'll be updated on your order's whereabouts.
Pre-Order Tracking: Still waiting for your shipping confirmation? No worries! If you haven't received your shipping confirmation yet, it might be because your order includes a pre-order item. As mentioned on our site at the time of purchase, pre-order items are shipped based on their scheduled arrival at our warehouse. Don't forget to check your original order confirmation for details – we'll send out your shipping confirmation as soon as your pre-order is dispatched to you from our warehouse!
Help! My order is lost/hasn't been delivered?
Although our couriers quoted us 1-10 business days for all insured shipping, they may not always be able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.
If your order isn’t delivered within 10 business days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with the courier in question.
*Please note: The investigation outcome timeline can vary from courier to courier. We’ll do our best to help with a timely resolution.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer hassle-free returns for 60 days from the date your order is delivered/received.
However, not all items are eligible for return. Any products excluded under our Return Policy will be noted on the policy page. Briefly, to be eligible for a return:
A. Item(s) must be initiated for return and placed in the post within 60 days of the date your order is delivered/received.
B. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, and in ‘as new’ or unused condition. This includes attached product inserts (Thank You card and Manual Instruction card) and specialty packaging.
C. You must provide a photo of your item/s prior to shipping so we can assess the condition.

How Do I Use a Discount Code?
Easy! Just proceed to checkout, and on the first page, look for the ‘Discount code’ box. Enter your code and hit ‘Apply’. You'll see the discount before you pay, so you know exactly how much you're saving.
*Please Note: Only one discount code can be used per order. For multiple items with different codes, please make separate orders. Also, some discounts are already applied on the product page (indicated by the Year-End strikethrough price), but we still offer an extra 10% OFF when you Join Our Email Club.
